The Sport of Living

Choose the path of enjoyment.

What I do every day, and how you can, in your own way.

I am Carlos Martinez, 74 years old, based in Buenos Aires, although I often travel as a film director and have my office in Los Angeles.
In my youth I also traveled frequently to compete internationally in artistic gymnastics, as a national champion.

After some years, I graduated as an instructor from the National Institute of Sports and taught acrobatics to actors and actresses. Immersed in that environment, I also trained as an actor, then as a director, and did very well in theater and film. In parallel, over the past decades, I have deepened my study of health sciences applied to sports and quality of life.

My Present and Proposal.
Today my health and performance remain strong. The results are visible in my life and in the people who adopt this way of living. We call it The Sport of Living: we all win with each step on our chosen path.
No sacrifices—just feeling good, looking better over time, and enjoying more years in our prime.
Most people accept that feeling worse every year is inevitable. I don't. My experience shows that the opposite path is possible.

My Daily Routine - Summary

I promised you my daily routine. Here's a summary, and I'll send you all the details by email.

I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol excessively. I don't need to; my life is very pleasant this way. Of course, special days or nights happen—film festivals, meetings with friends—and I enjoy them.
I progress in my life criteria and, instead of declining with the years, I'm getting better and better.

Your Personalized Plan

I will send you the full details of my routine by email.
You are unique, so I do not suggest that you do the same. If you share a few answers with your email address, I can prepare a personalized plan to start your own Sport of Living.
It's not necessary to be an athlete; you just need to want to enjoy your life.
